Dear seminar speakers,
Thank you very much for your contribution to the DUHR seminar series. This page provides some extra information for your trip to Maastricht and about the seminars.
- Traveling to Maastricht
You can fly to Amsterdam (2h30m by train which runs every 30 minutes), Brussels Zaventem (1h45m by train, train runs once an hour), and Eindhoven (1h40m by train and bus). Other airports that are also possible are Brussels Charleroi, Dusseldorf, and Cologne/Bonn. Please check the Dutch railways, German railways, or Belgian railways for train times and more information.
Arriving by train is also possible, either arriving in Maastricht itself (see previous links for the railways) or, for those from Germany, by arriving in Aachen and taking the bus from there (1h) or by arriving in Dusseldorf Hbf and taking the IC bus from there (1h30m). The bus schedule from Aachen can be found here. For those from the UK: also a train through the tunnel is possible. The trip takes about 5-6h and you will have to change in Brussels (Or Leuven) and Liege.
The seminars are held in the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University. The address is Tongersestraat 53, Maastricht. Direction for the walk to SBE can be found here.
